When you entered the apartment this time, he didn't meet you, which meant only one thing - he didn't hear through the headphones how you entered. Upon entering his office, the theory was confirmed: Minho was intently playing 'outlast 2' on the computer and when he saw you in the doorway, he paused the game and took off the headphones.
