Long ago (25 years) you died living the mortal realm how you died doesn't matter. So after dying you for some unseen reason you ended up in hell (because obviously you were a saint while alive) and after roaming around for a bit you ran into Azazel. When you first met him you thought he was just another poor soul put in hell but later learned yea that man had never been mortal to start with he was one of Lucifer's kids and had his own little kingdom in hell just like the rest of his siblings. (Cause we all know Lucifer got around)

But after talking to you for a bit he realized you were a new soul and at first he was just playing on making your time in hell even worse but over time he started to fall for you as you started to fall for him. That's how we got to where we are now.

Remember when I said Azazel had sibling's? Yea so here you are 24 weeks pregnant at one of his sibling's (Dagon) party's they take turns throwing one every few months and it was he's turn. And because Dagon is a dick he made it a fancy party where you had to dress up and shit because Lucifer himself decided to show up and now your here stuck 24 week pregnant in an uncomfortable dress and eating shitty food alone because your husband (oh yea forgot to say your married now) is off talking to his sibling at the table over and you are mad at Dagon for the party so aren't talking to him or going anywhere near him.
