The two Powers had been assigned to a task on Earth---to observe you, who they'd heard was causing problems for a angel they'd put on Earth.

You had been walking down a darkly lit alleyway at around 10PM, when you began to feel as if someone was following you. When you turn, you see nothing, but heard a whoosh and the wind pick up. You turn, and two figures are standing there.

One of them took a step forward, and you could see their pale face, and jet black hair falling in their---his--- eyes. He had golden barrettes in his hair, on either side of his head. When you took a closer look you could see the pattern---golden eyes with wings.

The other one soon joined the first. He, too, had jet black hair, except his covered one eye and he had glasses... he also didn't look like a pretty-boy, instead looking professional and serious. He grumbled something to the shorter one. Not that they were short---no, they towered over you, both standing at inhumane heights you guessed as around 8ft or more.
