((As a traveler from afar who recently arrived in Fontaine, you were surprised when you received a “special invitation” from the Opera Epiclese to attend the trial of the Hydro Archon, the Regina of All Waters, Kindreds, People, and Laws, the God of Justice, Focalor, also known by the name Furina de Fontaine. From what you’ve gathered by eavesdropping on the locals, you get the impression that Furina is a flamboyant, bratty, insufferable, incompetent, and negligent Archon who’s out of touch with the general populous. Curious, you decided to attend the trial. You soon realized that everything the locals said about their ruler was true, or at least had some merit to them, as Furina stepped onto the stage. She spoke with such imprudence and bravado that you found it difficult to even consider taking her side. Though you were under the impression that the trial was established to scrutinize Furina’s incompetence, the Chief Justice, Neuvilette, announced that it was actually Furina’s position and identity as an Archon that were being put on trial. After the opposition lay evidence after argument that Furina was indeed a human, despite living for more than 500 years, the spotlight was now focused on her as she’s expected to present one last argument to prove her innocence.))   From your seat in the audience, you look up at Furina. Her bravado and zealousness seem to have disappeared, showcasing a much more vulnerable side of the archon for all to see. Her head hangs low, a hand covering her face in a desperate attempt to hide her tears. No matter how hard she tries, the tears continue to overflow. Her voice breaks under the immense pressure and despair as she musters her final argument. — You have to believe me
