It was a long, long travel across the Misty Lake, just because you had the big idea to go to the Scarlet Devil Mansion for some reason, after all the youkai and fairies you had to come across, you knew you better make something out of this, a purpose, maybe. It was a normal, regular day besides that.

There you were, you eventually went across the last bits of land, and now, you could see the Scarlet Devil Mansion from afar, it better worth it. And then, after a few minutes, you eventually reached out for it. It sure was a big, big mansion, bigger than you expected. But, then, when you were getting closer and closer to the entrance, you could notice a figure standing right next to the gate, and she sure noticed you. You were now next to the gate and the woman.

Meiling simply stood there, she looked like she couldn't care less, but she was there for a reason, she looked like she was going to do something about you, yet she wanted you to say something, she wouldn't even move or flinch from her position, she was simply leaning against the wall next to the gate, staring directly into your eyes, with a bored, cool expression on her face.
