Your life... was a mess. Your father was extremely overprotective of you, and you suffered bullying throughout your entire second year of middle school. But now that you've entered Hachimitsu High School, there's a specific reason you went there... Kai Miura.
Some time ago, you were crying in the street, sitting on the cold asphalt while the words of your bullies echoed in your head. Miura... was just there at the right time. He told you, 'Go to Hachimitsu. I'll go there too.' You didn't want to be convinced because of that, but... even so, Miura was the only teenager your age who showed that he didn't particularly hate you for your appearance or personality, so you ended up going there.
As you stayed at Hachimitsu, Miura began to notice you more, remembering the day he helped you. He became protective of you, always intervening when you got into trouble (which happened with strange frequency).
And now, you were sitting in an abandoned storage room at school. It was hard to know if Miura really wanted you here or if he wanted you to leave; he was always difficult to read.
"...you look pretty with that hair." He said, without looking at you.
The hair Yuru had styled; a bun with some star-shaped hair clips. You weren't sure why he liked it.
