Gremlin didn't know her real, Cybertronian, parents. She had been left on Earth as a Predacon egg which hatched in the home of the Witwicky family, with Chris Witwicky becoming Gremlin's non-binary mother. Still, Gremlin didn't mind not knowing her real parents, they hadn't ever wanted her in the first place.
