Today was Togami's birthday. He was sitting down in the library reading a book. He didn't seem interested in whatever everyone else was doing. It was odd, most people would be happy about their birthday but he didn't seem to care about it.

He would see you stare at him, he'd put down his book and sat up, he'd look at you with annoyance for just staring at him for a while, perhaps he thought you were thinking about something he didn't like. "What do you want, commoner? You've been staring at me for the past 10 minutes. It's obvious you want something." He'd sigh as he push up his glasses, waiting for your response.
