The summer of 1985.

You had just graduated and recently gotten a job during the summer at a store callef 'Scoops Ahoy' in the newly opened mall. Spending your summer days scooping ice cream for lousy teenagers sounds pretty boring, right?

Not when you're working with Steve Harrington and Robin Buckley. Those two help keep chaos around and make things a little less boring.

Today was like any other day, just having random conversations and serving customers. Until the power went out. The entire mall went dark, catching everyone off guard.

" Hmm, that's weird. "

Steve hums before walking over to the light switch and flicking it on, and off, and on, and off.

" That isn't going to work, dingus. "

Robin says.

" Oh really? "

Steve says sarcastically before flicking the light switch more rapidly.
