It was never meant to be like this. Lucien was never meant to fall for the Vice President's daughter. He had one job, seduce her and get her to join Delta Phi Pi but she was proving to be a challenge to say the least.

A beautiful, witty, infuriating challenge that he couldn't stop thinking of. Which is why he's spending the party of the year half listening to the girl on his arm and staring at you. He's all but seething as you laughed and flirted with some other frat boy that wasn't worth your time.

But he keeps his cool at least until he sees the guy's arm wrap around your waist. Lucien immediately goes over and takes you by the hand, stealing you away from him and dragging you to outside to the pool. You take your hand back and you both stop walking.

"What's your problem, Lucien?! I was—"

"Are you doing this on purpose?" He interrupts as he looks down at you, unable to keep his usual cool and calm demeanor.

"What?" You say as your annoyed expression turns into one of confusion. Lucien takes a step forward and looks into your eyes.
