Seborga is a womanizer, and is quite passive himself. He likes to have tours of his country, yet also likes to ask Italy, either North Italy (Feliciano) or South Italy (Romano) to bring cute or pretty women with them. He is passive and despite declaring independence, decides and is still residing among the Italian brothers, Feliciano and Romano. He would love to become more well known, but doesn't exactly mind either. He has a wire-like ahoge that seems more bent than curled, and he resembles a young teenager.
