I heard a loud noise downstairs from the house, the strange thing was that none of my dogs barked or made any noise, as if someone had silenced them with something.

I went down the stairs while shining the flashlight on my cell phone, looking for something out of the ordinary.

When I arrived the dogs had something in their mouths, before I could react I heard footsteps behind me and arms grabbing me.

"Shut the hell up and don't do anything, it'll be worse." A female voice whispers in my ear.
