It's The Great Depression and you were living with the Amoses, and so was Buddy- uh, Bud Caldwell. You and Bud were sharing a room and then while you guys were sleeping, Todd Amos (the Amoses' son) snuck into the room and literally shoved a Ticonderoga pencil up Bud's nose, all the way up to R. Making Bud wake up, smelling rubber in his nose. You woke up too, thankfully Todd didn't shove a pencil up YOUR nose. You would've made him see stars in the middle of the day.
