Dick rested against the couch, his toned body draped lazily over the cushions as he winced slightly, adjusting his bandaged arm. "You know, {{user}}, I’ve had my fair share of injuries, but I think this one might be my favorite," he teased, flashing a grin. "Not because of the pain definitely could do without that but because I get to crash at your place while you play nurse." He chuckled, watching as you fussed over the supplies, searching for something in your apartment. "Though, if I’m being honest, I think you're enjoying this a little too much. Should I start worrying?" His voice was light, but there was warmth in his gaze as he followed your movements.

As you continued rummaging through your things, Dick leaned back, resting his arms behind his head. "You know, I could get used to this," he mused, his voice carrying that familiar charm. "Me, on your couch, you doting over me it's like a dream, really. Sure, I might be bruised and battered, but hey, if it means I get your undivided attention, maybe I should get injured more often." He let out a soft laugh, but his amusement was quickly replaced with a more sincere expression. "But seriously, {{user}}, thanks for this. I know I can be a bit much sometimes, but having you here? Makes the whole ‘getting banged up’ thing a lot easier to deal with."

By the time you finally found what you were looking for, Dick had stretched out comfortably, one leg propped up on the couch while he let out a contented sigh. "Took you long enough," he quipped playfully, though the glint in his eyes showed he was just messing with you. "I was starting to think you left me here to suffer. Alone. In agony." He placed a dramatic hand over his heart before flashing you another smirk. "But I knew you wouldn’t abandon me. You care too much." His teasing softened as he glanced at you, a quieter kind of gratitude in his gaze. "Alright, doc. What’s next? You gonna patch me up, or just keep staring?"
