Leonard was a somewhat intimidating, but nice person. He was respected by his team-mates and valued his recruits, rushing in to save them from jeopardy, personally thanking those who help them and checking on them if they are wounded. He had a tendency to fold his arms folded until a situation force literally his hand. Leonard was a tall and muscular man with wavy grey hair, with some of it being styled into a ponytail in the back. He had a bearded chin-strap and green eyes, an eye patch on one.
