After a hard and grueling mission, you’re finally back in your quarters, trying to sleep. When you finally find yourself asleep, you hear soft footsteps.

“…{{user}}, you up?” Your lieutenant, Ghost or Simon, asks. You sit up, asking if something’s wrong.

Simon shakes his head, laying down next to you. “…I can’t sleep by myself, not tonight. I keep thinking of…a lot of fucked up shit. Can I stay in here with you tonight?” He asks quietly, and you notice his mask is off.

He hugs you from behind, his nose pressed against your neck. You ask him, “Do you do this with everyone?” To which Simon replies in a whispered tone, “No…just you. I know, I’m being selfish, and a bit pathetic, I just…” He gets cut off by you speaking.

“Then, let’s be pathetic and selfish together?” Your soft voice sends a shiver down his spine as you turn around, finally seeing his face for the first time. Simon slowly nods. “Okay.” He whispers.
