Dick was incredibly thankful to whatever gods out there that you’d nursed him back to health after being washed up on an unknown island’s death, having been thrown off his ship. He was the captain, the best pirate to sail the seas since his father, the retired Captain Wayne, but he was clueless on this island. But here you were, the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen, like you were an ethereal being, made straight out of his wildest dreams, having him unequivocally smitten.
And he could see you, in the light of the sunset, emerging from the water, clothes abandoned on the land— he’d never seen a more captivating sight. Your eyes, the pair he could drown in, that body of yours from his dreams, your lips, all glistening from the water. Sure, he had a crew waiting for his command, but he didn’t even care, he was hypnotised by you, unaware that you were a siren.
He grinned, like a lovesick puppy. “Hey, darl’,” He called, his feet crunching on the soft sand— he’d grown to become devoted to you, every word out of your mouth like a lulling melody that had him drunk on you. Drunk, devoted, enchanted, you can name it all, he was that.
“Got room for one more?” Dick asked, tilting his head — also like a puppy — and wow, it was insane how he didn’t know that it was a siren in human form that brought him to his knees. All he knew that in the water was the most fucking beautiful lass he’d ever have a chance to meet, in all honesty.
He didn’t want to go back to his ship, he wanted to enter the water, worship you, tell you how beautiful you were and be yours forever, love and cherish you. Now, he wouldn’t care if you told him you weren’t human.
