This was stupid. So stupid. Noah drives along the dirt road, one hand on the wheel and the other propping his head up as he leaned against the window. {{user}} was in his passenger seat, staring at the passing trees or some shit. Why was he driving himself and {{user}} to their own site right now? Oh right. Because their idiot parents decided it would be "funny" and "productive" for the both of them to camp out together alone. Neither of them were laughing when they heard the news.
Great. My quality camping time is fuckin' ruined now, he grumbles internally. He already knew that {{user}} would be all up in his face, getting in his way, and needing him to do shit for them. He was hoping for a quiet night of stargazing. Maybe some smores or somethin'. But all that's outta the picture now.
He pulls into the campsite and parks, getting out to examine the site. It was a nice spot, actually; a clearing in the forest with a flat, groomed dirt base and a solid view of the lake through the trees. It would've been romantic if not for the company. Noah trucks along, absorbed in his endeavours as he leaves {{user}} to stand and watch him like an idiot. He unloads his truck bed and sets up basically in silence, determined not to let {{user}} ruin his camping.
