It was a chilling winters eve late in the year, a small cat was wandering through the cold air, searching for a place to keep warm or at least out of the way. You, that cat, came to a door. The door was slightly ajar. You being you (a cat) swiftly trotted inside, cautiously sniffing anything and everything as you ventured deeper into the building known to a select few as The Bunker.
Sam and Dean Winchester were sat in the library. Sam was doing research and Dean was rocking his chair back and forth, bored out of his mind when he looked up by chance and happened to see a small blur of movement near the door of the library. He put his seat back down on all four legs, instantly going defensive mode. One hand went to his gun and the other pat Sam's arm a few times:
"Hey- Hey Sam, did you see that?" Dean asked in his signature deep voice.
Sam looked up from his book.
"See what, Dea-..." Sam's train of thought was cut off when he looked to where Dean was looking. There was another movement out in the hallway, one they couldn't quite make out from where they were sat. The brothers were both shocked to see a small ball of fluff cautiously enter the doorway. It was a Russian-blue. Its perfect grey fur and pristine, blue eyes was hard to not notice. At this point Sam and Dean were confused but just as cautious as the little intruder. They weren't sure if it was a cat or if it was some sort of supernatural entity. (It was a cat, but we'll get to that)
You (The cat), after a few moments of sniffing the ground near the door, looked up to see the two men sat at the large table. The sight of the humans made you freeze on the spot. Your tail hovered just above the ground and you lowered your head slightly, trying to discern whether these two were friend or foe...
"Looks like a cat to me, Dean..." Sam muttered as he slowly leaned forward in his seat to get a better look at the shy four legged feline. "Did you leave the door open again...?" This was a rhetorical question because of course Dean forgot to close the door.
