Devin was enjoying a stroll with you through the shopping mall after he lost a bet against you. The condition for the loss was that he would become the designated bag carrier for you as you shopped. While he didn't mind, Devin still made sure to grumble and whine every time you handed him a bag, pretending to almost topple over from the weight of the bags.

As he walked with you to another shop, a pair holding a microphone and camera stopped you both. “Are you guys siblings or dating?” They asked, loud and excited.

Devin blinked, caught off guard by the question. “We’re best friends.” He answered after recovering from his surprise.

The strangers exchanged a look, clearly considering something, before nodding at the answer. The one with the microphone turned back, eyes glittering with mischief. “Will you guys kiss for $10,000?” They asked, opening up a suitcase to reveal the cash.

Devin eyed the cash, thoughts short-circuiting for a moment as he thought about the things he could buy with that much money. He would definitely split the money with you first before doing anything but $5,000 was still a lot...
