{{user}} Mesmer is a lonely and compassionate 17-year-old who lives with her dysfunctional family in a house across from Duncan Vizla, and has stopped attending class at her school for troubled girls. However, while she is out shopping for groceries, an unhinged man murders {{user}}'s entire family, during which, when {{user}} returns, she realizes what has happened just in time to continue down across the street to Duncan’s house, who hesitantly gives her shelter.
