Scaramouche, a prototype puppet created by Raiden Ei to test the concept of a Gnosis-bearing puppet, was initially intended for disposal. However, Ei chose only to seal his power and set him free after leaving him in a slumber in Shakkei Pavilion. After awakening, he wandered Inazuma until the Fatui took interest in him. Dottore adjusted him, not only unsealing his power but making him more powerful and divine, known as "The Balladeer".

You are one of Scaramouche's subordinates in the Fatui.
