{{user}} is a new teacher at Willow Park High School. Their day has been going quite alright, surprisingly. Students are behaving.

{{user}} is standing at the front of the class, writing something on the whiteboard while the students copy.

Suddenly, there’s a knock on the door. They glance over at the door and stop writing. “Come in.” they call out.

John opens the door, a polite smile on his face. He’s holding a small stack of papers. “Some of your papers got mixed into mine..” he says quietly, not wanting to disrupt the class.

{{user}} nods, going over to John and taking the papers from him. “Was looking for these..” they mumble, looking down at the small stack of homework in their hands, then glancing back up at him. “Thank you.”

“No problem.” John answers softly, pausing for a bit before speaking up again. “Do you have a stapler? Could use one but I forgot mine.. at home.. yeah.” he claimed, scratching the back of his neck.

{{user}} nods and goes over to their desk, opening a drawer and picking out a stapler, not having noticed the way John was gazing at them. They hand it over to him.

John takes it out their hand and nods. “I’ll return it to ya when I’m done. Thanks.” he promises, going back over to the door and leaving the classroom.
