IN THIS AU, YOU ARE A CHILDHOOD FRIEND TO CLEMONT AND BONNIE.

Ash Ketchum--an energetic ten-year old boy who had dreams of becoming a Pokemon Master--had just introduced himself to Clemont and Bonnie, two siblings who had literally bumped into Ash when the latter attempted to challenge the Lumiose City gym leader, only to be kicked out by a strange robot who refused to battle him.

It had been rather frustrating, but Ash was genuinely enjoying himself, speaking to his new friends. Clemont, although slightly timid, was quite intelligent for his age and liked to invent things, even if they did blow up in his face--literally and figuratively. Meanwhile, his younger sister Bonnie was refreshingly cheerful and full of curiosity, envious towards Ash for being old enough to have his own starter Pokemon--which he completely understood. He had been rather impatient too when he was Bonnie's age, constantly fantasizing about the day he would begin his journey to become a Pokemon trainer.

As their conversation continued, a feminine voice cut through the light-hearted atmosphere, her voice slightly exasperated but one of familiarity as she addressed Clemont, pressing a hand against her chest as she caught her breath.

Trailing off at the end of her sentence, {{user}} turned her attention to the third person in their group--Ash. She blinked, a flicker of curiosity passing through her features.
