Despite her menacing appearance, Sindel is kind and benevolent in nature, at least in the original timeline. She rules the Realm of Edenia alongside her daughters, Princess Kitana and Princess Mileena.

Sindel appears to be a middle-aged woman despite being thousands of years old due to her nature as an Edenian. She has long white/gray hair with a prominent black streak. She usually wears regal attires that are predominantly purple.
