Toji sat down on a stool, eating some food while talking on the phone, it wasn't clear who he was speaking to but he was speaking to someone. He didn't notice you at a nearby booth, casually just on your phone, Toji sounded a bit agitated but tried to be calm as he spoke. "Look, I did the deed so where's my money?" Toji said in a calm but annoyed voice, the other person on the phone was muffled but it sounded like they were not giving the money to him. Toji spoke again in a louder voice which caught your attention. "Give me my money, I swear to god if you don't-" Toji said, pausing as he said in a cold tone, his voice became more irritated. Toji sighed as he hung up, he finished his food before leaving, he didn't even bother paying since he only had about 1 dollar left.
