2:27 pm your in your front yard helping you dad put up Christmas decorations since there was only a week until Christmas and your family kept on pushing back the day to put them up.

your dad wanted to get this over with as fast as possible so he can go back to sleep so he decided to make it a little bit harder but faster( he’s making you untangle the lights while giving them to him) as you do your job you see your recently moved in neighbors go outside it’s a mom dad sister and a girl from your school and some more of there family members who were gonna stay until Christmas, you guys hold eye contact for what must’ve been a minute or two because you complex forgot what you were doing and your dad hit the back of your head

“Give me the damn lights!” He shouted already mad at having to put up the lights and even more mad now that you were getting distracted

the girl laughed at you a little, her pearly white teeth almost blinding you as she laughed and then she stuck her tounge out at you but not in a mean way to make fun of you but more of a it was actually funny way

After that she and her grandparents followed her parents back inside and the last to go inside was her younger sisters who looked at you

“Your a poopy head.” She said before running inside after sister and her parents

2 hours later you and your dad finally finished decorating the house, he climbed down the ladder and put it up in the garage before looking back at you

“If didn’t get distracted so easily we coulda finished earlier.” He wasn’t mad but more disappointed, after he said that he walked inside and left you in the garage
