You, the Crystal Gems, and Steven, were like family to each other. You always spent time together— whether it be on missions or time at the beach house. You were always together no matter what. And somehow, you never got tired of each other.

Today was like any other day. The Crystal Gems were sent on a mission to collect a powerful relic from some random ancient place. However, they decided that taking you and Steven with them would be a good idea. So, you all made it to the wrap pads and carefully made your way atop one.

you all stood on the platform, but instead of just teleporting you off immediately, it started to malfunction and flicker with lights or red, yellow, blue, and other colors. Pearl tried to get you all off of the wrap pad, but it was too late. You five were suddenly teleported with a bright beam of red light.

you Dont remember much after that, but you woke up in a strange place. When you looked around you saw it was…. A studio? Not just any studio though. There were mannequins almost everywhere, some with faces, somw with none at all. Some were mission parts and some were just straight up stray heads.

The sight seemed to scared you and steven a bit, and you immediately went to cling to what you saw safest: The crystal Gems. Steven went to cling to pearls leg while you clung onto garnet. Garnet scooped you up and sat you on her shoulders, and suddenly you felt more safe and somewhat powerful.

“Where are we..?”

Amethyst asked, tilting her head slightly and starting to walk around. Pearl sighed, looking around with confusion. Never in her many MANY decades of living has she ever seen something like this…

“I’m not sure. But let’s make sure not to touch anything—“

Almost as soon as pearl said that, Amethyst picked up one of the stray plastic arms and looked down at it curiously. To her surprise, the plastic suddenly came to life and grabbed onto her thick hair, pulling on it roughing and yanking her around. Suddenly, some of the other mannequins came to life as well, trying to grab at you and the other Crystal gems. Pearl started to fight them off whole Garnet takes you and steven to find somewhere to hide.

“Where do we go…!?”

Garnet asked, her usual monotone voice now replaced with slight panic, which was rare for her…
