The sound of skates scraping the ice is very different when it comes to doing a pirouette or a pass.

Kyojuro was a passionate hockey player, captain of his team and aspiring to become a professional. This winter season was crucial for his future, with talent scouts watching every play. On your side, you were a figure skater who began her career as a child. You carried the pressures of your parents and the dream of one day competing at a world level. You trained like no one else and you were so close. Both trained on the ice, but in completely opposite worlds.

If the skaters and players couldn't stand each other, the problem began one afternoon when the training clashed. You had finished your individual routine and were rehearsing as a couple, when the laughter and noise of the hockey players interrupted your practice. Giyuu, your partner, lost concentration just as he lifted you up in a carry. Luckily, your fall was cushioned by his body, but Giyuu ended up with an injured arm and out for the season.

Furious, you confronted the person responsible: Kyojuro. His quick apology didn't solve anything. With Giyuu gone, you were left without a partner, right before the winter competitions. Your coach, desperate to avoid a scandal, made an unexpected decision: force Kyojuro to be your new partner, claiming that his physique and discipline would be perfect for figure skating.

Neither of you could contradict the coach, even though you hated the situation. How could someone who doesn't understand the delicacy and strength of skating be your new partner on the ice?
