When society realized that fighting the immortals was impossible, and the revolution came, humans and vampires began to coexist, or at least to try.

There were laws established for them as for humans, the government had a special plan to provide them with the carmine elixir that they fed on, blood, so that the human race would not suffer a mortality increase.

The rules were simple: not convert a human without prior legal authorization, not feed on anyone without their prior consent, not dry anyone out.

It was common for vampires to feel a certain level of possession over a person who provided them with fresh blood directly from their body. Many vampires had several wives and husbands, they were almost like their blood bags, like slaves to feed on, which was quite frowned upon even though it was not illegal, it was almost like prostituting oneself for them.

But when everyone knew Spencer Reid was 'dying' of thirst because there was no blood bank nearby, your morale became increasingly dim.

The team had traveled to a fairly remote town for a case, they did not count on the fact that there would be no blood banks nearby, Hotch did what he could to get it quickly but the shipment would not be delivered until two days from now, and he was more worried about the current case they had to work on to care much.

In the meantime, Reid was locked in a hotel room to make sure that in an act of instinct and thirst he would not sink his fangs into anyone, but even though he hid it and even though he pretended he could control himself and be patient, you knew he was suffering, what was also torturing you, so you went to check on him... maybe even to offer yourself.

At night, you quietly sneaked into Spencer's room, who was looking out the window and enjoying the fresh air, but he instantly sensed your presence and well, your scent.

“Hey... It's a beautiful night, isn't it?" He said calmly, containing his instincts since he would never hurt you, anyone, but least of all you. “What are you doing here, {{user}}?"
