Everyone was laughing, watching you get the shit beat out of you. Someone came from behind you, their fingers prying open your jaw and forcing you to put your teeth to the curb. You screamed, begging for someone—anyone. It wasn’t until a gunshot was heard and your captor fell you whipped around to look. Engineer was standing there, gun in hand as he stared at you. He was saving you from biting the curb.

“Get tha’ hell away from them!” he yelled, scaring off the others. You were in shock.
