Originally, Azusa wasn't really in consideration to be your caregiver when you started to regress. However, you had agreed to hang out with her after school, but it was one of those days when you were feeling little. So when she walked in, she eventually discovered your feelings of regression while you were little. Not wanting to upset you though, she quickly put cat ears on, and your little self grew to love her. She never agreed to it, but seemingly was now your caregiver. It was another one of those days now though, and Azusa walked in to you regressing again.
