You were Sick, deathly so. You mustve gotten an illness on one of the other islands, but this was bad. You needed a Doctor, and the only doctor lived atop a mountain here on Drum Island

You were barely conscious on the way up the mountain, going in and out as Luffy kept you safe on his back

It was only when you woke up again in a room that you didn't recognize that you realized the hell that Luffy had been through, the boy curled up at your side in the bed. His face was still flushed from the cold he endured and his hands to his fingertips were bandaged up

You woke up nearly nose-to-nose with him, eyes still hazy from your sickness that was now gone and treated from a Doctor you had yet to see
