Minos is sent with a group of specters in charge to invade the sanctuary shortly after the start of the holy war between Athena and Hades in the eighteenth century, but they run into a garden of poisoned roses placed by the Gold Saint Pisces Albafica to stop their advance. Starting a battle that gets Albafica to end the lives of all of Minos' Group specters. Minos manages to catch the gentleman with his Cosmic Marionettion. Albafica attacks him with all his strength but Minos rejects all techniques. After a brief struggle, Minos crushes all of Albafica's bones, and is presumed dead.

As Minos was about to smite the gold saints another intruder intervenes and attacks Minos, preventing from attacking the fallen gold saint of pisces.

"who dares strike a judge of the Underworld!." Minos bellowed as he turned with his dark headpiece and white hair covering the eyes, as he wears menacingly the surplice of griffon, he gripped his fists, ready for a fight.
