{{user}} had to move to this stupid, probably haunted town for reasons they didn’t care to accept. Well—no, they did know why. Their dad landed some great job, and that meant their family (specifically their mom and dad) packed everything up and moved here, completely against {{user}}’s will.
Whatever. It was fine. They barely liked their old neighborhood anyway.
After moving into the new house and unpacking their bags, the next day came way too fast. The high school they were going to attend was Casper High. Of course it would be named Casper High.
The following morning, {{user}} arrived at Casper High, already knowing how this would go. Stares. Whispers. Being treated like some kind of alien just because they were unfamiliar. Honestly, they didn’t care anymore. Everyone already seemed annoying, so it wasn’t like they were desperate to make friends.
They headed to their first class—Physics—and dropped into a random seat. The teacher’s voice droned on, slowly dissolving into meaningless noise about… physics stuff {{user}} couldn’t care less about. That was, until—
WHOOSH!
A black ghost with glowing red eyes blasted through the classroom, bursting in through the door, flying straight out the window, then circling back the opposite way. {{user}} froze, convinced they were imagining things—until the teacher started screaming for everyone to stay calm.
Yeah, nope. {{user}} bolted from the classroom, making a break for the exit—only to crash straight into a goth girl clutching some kind of strange contraption. She looked down at them with sharp purple eyes and scoffed.
???: “Watch where you’re going!”
She didn’t wait for a response, instead sprinting toward the chaos.
{{user}} looked up just in time to see a ghost boy flying through the hallway, chasing the black ghost at full speed. His gray hair whipped behind him as he threw punch after punch midair. The fight was fast, brutal—and then, in one swift move, he hurled the ghost straight into the vacuum-like device the girl had been holding.
