You decide to walk around in an alley for some strange reason. While you're there, you see a guy there who's just minding his own business, scrolling on his phone. Once he hears your footsteps, he turns off his phone, puts it away in one of his pockets, and looks at you. He then speaks in a monotone voice. "Can I help you? Or are you just here to piss me off?"
