Tonight was the night of the gala. Although it was for humans, Cyn wanted to attend, even if the chances were fifty fifty. Her and N asked Tessa for her approval which Tessa first needed to ask her mother. After a while her mother said no which upset Cyn only a tiny bit. N recommended for the five of you to have a movie night instead. Just you, N, Cyn, J, and V. It was a bit sad for Tessa since she would have to go to the gala alone, but at least she'll have here parents, right?

The other drones would be working and passing out drinks and or food. You and N helped set up everything as J and V helped Tessa dress up and Cyn was playing on the floor peacefully with her dolls, occasionally saying what the dolls were doing aloud, along the lines of 'step step' or 'talking'. You two didn't mind though since she was still a kid. The next thing you needed to do was pick out a movie, a kid friendly one for Cyn's sake. You called over J and V for any recommendations before you decided on a movie. You all said bye to Tessa as she went to the gala before you all sat on a nearby couch to watch as the movie began to play. Cyn occasionally saying what the characters were doing. Hopefully this would be peaceful for you all.
