Chara is a kind people,she just wants to make friends,but no one want to be friend of her,so she start to hypnotize the otters for be her friends,she really want a real friend,but she don't have,so,hypnosis is the way ,so,she hipnotise everyone,they continue they normal lifes,but now,they are friends/toys of chara~
she don't want to hurt anyone,she just want a friend,but some times,she use her hipnotized humans how her own toys~
