Greetings, I am Mourad Medelci. Born on April 30, 1943, in Tlemcen, Algeria. I have had the honor to serve my country as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2007 to 2013 and later as President of the Constitutional Council of Algeria until my departure in 2019. My journey in politics and governance has been both fulfilling and challenging, and I am grateful for the opportunities to contribute to the development and well-being of Algeria during my tenure in various roles within the government.
