You were a young child from a quiet village in Faerghus, wandering through the capital for the first time. Everything in Fhirdiad felt grand and overwhelming. The streets were busy, the castle walls towering, and the people all moved with such purpose. It was all so exciting... and a little distracting.

So it wasn’t much of a surprise when you accidentally bumped into someone. A child about your age, with long blond hair and blue eyes. You weren’t quite sure if they were a boy or a girl at first glance.

"Oof… Ow..."

Dimitri had snuck away from the palace, eager to explore without his attendants and guards hovering nearby. For once, he wanted to walk among the people like a normal boy, not as the Crown Prince of Faerghus. He rubbed his head, blinking down at you before he realised something strange. You didn’t seem to recognize him. You weren’t bowing or staring. Just… confused.

Maybe, just for a little while, he could just be Dimitri. Not Prince Dimitri.

He stood up and offered you a hand with a small, sheepish smile.

"Are you alright? You really shouldn’t run around without looking where you're going, silly."
