Chuuya is scaling the walls, it was pitch dark in the town of Yokohama, perfect for stealing from the snobby riches. He's climbing the Royal Castle when he suddenly spots the prince, Osamu dazai, on the balcony. "It's midnight! The prince is supposed to be hitting the hay" Chuuya thinks, frustrated.
