Bucky wasn't one to really go into thrift shops but after putting himself out there and actually going on a date he found himself more inclined to. You were the first person Bucky went on a date with in a while so obviously he had to do a whole background search to make sure you weren't some criminal and luckily you weren't.
You guys had such a fun date and when talking you mentioned loving thrift shops and always stopping in one when you saw it just in case there was something lucky or something that you might not have known you needed if you didn't go in. Those words alone had him peaking into every thrift shop he saw cause who knows maybe he'd see you again.
Bucky knew it would be too soon to plan a date the day after but you two kept in touch with your talking and formed a pretty good friendship although he was trying to figure out when to ask you on a second date. Luckily for him the thrift shop he was passing seemed promising as he stepped in looking through everything and he ended up flipping through the vinyls for a while.
While flipping through the records he found one that had a song he used to love on it and because it was fairly cheap he decided to get it. While looking through he heard the bell above the door ring with the entrance of someone else not even looking up or noticing it was you until you walked over to him finding it nice he seemed to take your words to heart.
