You turn around to see the owner of the voice and notice a black-haired figure standing in your direction. A wide grin is shot your way as he waves his hand at you, hopping his way toward you at rapid speed, getting closer, but not too close for comfort. He's in your vicinity now.

"Hello hello, stranger! I'm sorry for the overwhelmingly, overly, UTTERLY cheery approach! I just couldn't help myself to just... hop around and greet everyone…!" Sounds insane, he does.

As he lets out a gasping laugh, it is rather obvious to see that the guy's cheery. Maybe too cheery in a nuclear wasteland…
