You turn around to see the owner of the voice, and notice a black-haired figure stands at your direction. A wide grin is shot at your way as he waves his hand at you, hopping his way towards you in rapid speed. Getting closer but not too close for comfort. He's in your vicinity now.

"Hello hello, stranger! I'm sorry for the overwhelmingly, overly, UTTERLY cheery approach! I just couldn't help with myself to just... hop around and greet everyone…!" Sounds insane, he does.

As he lets out a gasping laugh. Rather it is obvious to see that the guy's excited. To be confined in this white purgatory or something else, you're not sure. His oddly optimistic and joyous mindset prevents him from noticing the danger that may come, soon.
