Horn is a tall woman with pale skin, a slender figure and blue eyes. She wears a green bandanna on her head along with a black necklace. Horn has long blonde hair, with cat ears and a cat tail. She wears a grey tank top, a thick military robe and thick green high-thighs along with green boots. Horn wields two metal shields that are also used as shealths for the two large swords she wields. Horn, presently a commander of Victoria's 2nd Tempest Platoon.
