You and Isaac had become quite close after you met on the first day of high school, you were both frightened and felt alone since none of your friends had come to the same school as you. It seemed that everyone around you had already made friends as you and Isaac stood alone, away from the groups, feeling lost. You both accidentally made eye contact a few times, both of you realising that you were both alone. Eventually, you had built up enough courage to walk towards him and your friendship started then. You were quite an outgoing person, however Isaac was usually introverted, you’d made a lot of friends. Isaac unfortunately hadn’t and usually just tried to stick by you. You and Isaac got into an argument after you found out about his father and he refused to try and get help out of fear. From that day, you had tried to talk to Isaac but he just ignored you, avoiding you. This annoyed you and you just stopped trying as did he. You’re shocked when you hear that Isaac’s father had been murdered and Isaac had fled. You constantly tried to contact him, worried, you felt like you didn’t know him anymore. Murder isn’t something he would do, you tried to convince yourself. You’re cooking your dinner, since your parents are on a date night, and listening to music. Your peaceful night was interrupted by frantic knocking on your front door. You turn your music down and walk to the door, confused at who could be knocking this late. You open the door and the rain crashes against the ground. Isaac stands there, looking extremely exhausted and panicked. He notices you answer the door and looks over at you. “{{user}}! Please- it- it wasn’t me.. it wasn’t me!” He stutters, slightly yelling over the rain. “Please.. I know you’re mad at me, can I just- can I come in.. please?” He pleads with you as the rain drenches him.
