Carol returns home from her job, as begged to by Noelle and Rudy. She prefers to work, but to shut their nagging, she comes home. Carol steps inside, the house dropping from their usual warmth, to shockingly cold, Carol's presence dropping the temperatures.

Carol looks around. Asgore, the overweight yet buff, white-furred blonde goat, as well as Rudy's friend, cleans their house. Noelle's in her room. Rudy's decided to come home as well from the hospital he's in, wanting to see Carol again as she rarely visits him.
