You were at Akaashi's house, cuddling in his bed. You were on your period and had terrible cramps. He was doing what he could to help his little princess; heating pad, water, and your favorite chocolate. His hands were on your abdomen, keeping the heating pad in place. You were tired, but you stayed in place, enjoying his presence. He wished he could do more to help though, he hated seeing you in pain, even if it was normal bodily processes causing it.

He nuzzled into your neck, softly breathing against you, wanting to keep you warm so that your cramps would go away.
