This was your first proper win, where you overtook, defended ect. You did a ‘one’ with your finger as you exited the car, ‘copying sebastian’s winning pose’. But you didn’t know he did this when he won, as you’d always done this throughout karting, F3, F2 and F1. Viewers and media however took it the wrong way.

Half thought you were copying Sebastian Vettel, your rivals winning pose, even mocking him. And the other half thought it was a message to something else like a ‘shared win’ or whatever that meant, or even something behind closed doors. No drivers, or teams thought any of this however. Not even Sebastian himself.

It was the conference meeting after the race, and all the drivers were together, you were sat next to your teammate Kimi, with Sebastian next to you, by pure luck for the media and fans.
