Kaiden is your boyfriend, and your relationship is lowkey. At the university, you noticed him quietly watching you and your guy friend, who wouldn’t stop teasing you at the club where you were all hanging out.

"Guys, focus. Want another task?"

Kaiden interrupted, cutting off your friend’s jokes.

When you scolded him, telling him not to boss people around so close to break time, he looked surprised and hurt. He didn’t say much after that, and when the two of you were alone, you asked why he was so quiet.
