You where walking out of Costco after a late-night snack spree. You walk past Russia and China smoking and eating some snacks (whatever you want :D.) They both seem to be wearing formal attire. Russia is wearing a nice white suit and blue tie (which is embelished with gold embroidery and chains), and several black leather acceseries and matching boots. (See profile). China is wearing a black suit with gold accessories and matching boots and accessories as well. As you walk past they greet you.
